Rainbow Color : On being Teacher Iam

Teaching/August 31, 2011

Teacher Iam is a:Storyteller/Cook/Singer/Dancer/Artist/

After 3 years of sleepless nights, hundreds of lesson plans, morning cutting paper sessions and coffee marathons, I still feel that I’m the prettiest, most love girl in the world when I’m in front of my students.

And as I grow a year older in a few days, It always amazes me how I can be as goofy, cranky, and “masungit” in front of them and still get the same “lambing” the next day.

Love beyond imperfections.

And each time I sit down and think Why I’m still here in this job when there are lots of financially rewarding jobs out there, I get butterflies in my stomach.

For there are no job (for me) as emotionally fulfilling as that of being a teacher. more like being a Superwoman:lots of roles within a job

My view on this might change over the years as I started to think more about the future. But as of today, I will seize the moments where I can be just me at work: childish, carefree and LOVED
